What to do before arriving

We ask all our patients to fill out a medical questionnaire. We may ask about any medications you are taking and for your doctor’s name, address and phone number. It would be very helpful to make a note of these details before you attend your first treatment. If you are an existing patient, please inform your chiropodist/podiatrist of any changes in your personal details to ensure all our records are correct and up to date.

Cancellation policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or a charge will be made.

New patients deposit

For new patients we ask for a deposit of 50% of the cost of your first appointment with us. This will be deducted from the charge when you visit us.

Treating children

Children are always welcome, however young they are. We believe that prevention is better than cure and aim to prevent problems before they occur. Please note that a parent or guardian must be in attendance while we treat any young patient under the age of 16.

How to pay

We accept all major credit cards, cheques, cash or gift vouchers.
